In the early nineteenth century it became popular to incorporate personal messages into jewelry using the 'language of stones'. The initial letter of the stone was used, for example 'dearest' would be spelt with diamond, emerald, amethyst, ruby, emerald, sapphire and topaz.
The rings above send a message in morse code.
Diane commissioned me to make a morse code ring for her to celebrate her three children. Her matte platinum ring (above right) spells her children’s initials and the months of their births in large and small diamonds. The result is a more contemporary version of the traditional mothers ring.

The diamond and yellow sapphire ring shown above left says "Marry me". Morse code rings are individually designed and made to order for any morse message - as long as it's short enough for me to fit on a ring. I could make a bracelet if you have more to say! Price will vary according to the metal and stones chosen.
